What a great kid; what a deserving kid. Mark Ingram beat out four other classy guys to win Alabama’s first Heisman Trophy. So proud of him. He’s so himself; never phony. Just a great guy. What a great speech. I think his emotional speech was powerful. You know he was thinking about his dad in that speech. Mark’s the man!

What a nice acceptance speech from Mark Ingram! The moment, the pressure, the family, coaches, friends and the 40 to fifty fans from the NYC Alabama Alumni chapter. Mark handled it well. Roll Tide. Now it is time to get to work to prepare for Bevo’s Boys.
